This spaciuos and luxureus apartment for maximal two people is located in the area Raval (old center). There is a complete equipped kitchen with all utilities like oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and toaster. In the living there is an comfortable couch with plasma TV. Also there is a diningtable for 2 people. The bathroom is complete with hydromassage shower, sink and toiletet. Besides of this there are modern installations constructed central in the buidling like heating, fans and air conditioning, radio and off course WIFI internet conections.
The apartment is perfect for a couple who wants to discover the city from comfortable / luxureus apartment near by plaza Universitat. From the apartment there are a lot of sightseeings in the old center of Barcelona on a walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old centre of Barcelona.
The Ramblas, Placa Catalunya is a few minutes walking. The area Raval is a popular area. With her multicultural stores, bars and restaurants is this now one of the trendiest areas in Barcelona. The museum MACBA is also close by. From your apartment you can walk in the direction of the Ramblas. There is the famous market Boqueria. This is absolutely a place you have to see. You find here the nicest food products of the city.
Also on a walking distance is the Gothic quarter (Cathedral), the trendy area El Born with her Santa Maria del Mar, bars and restaurants.

War es ein Vergnügen in diesen Apartment zu wohnen? It was fabulous!!!! We could not have had better accomodation Judit was very welcoming, and very helpfull in every way. She was a joy to deal with. We would certnally stay with you again and recomend you very highly to anyone who is going to be spending time in Barcelona.
War irgendetwas nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit? Just a suggestion to have hooks for towels in the bathroom... would it be possible to put them on the back of bathroom door as I know that you would not want to be making holes in the beautiful bathroom tile.

War es ein Vergnügen in diesen Apartment zu wohnen? Yes, we had a very pleasant stay. The location was great! We were able to easily, quickly get to all of the sites we wanted to see. The motorized shade was wonderful and we were able to sleep very well.
War irgendetwas nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit? We had trouble working the dryer. The price was a little high. The apartment building was not easily identifiable, so we had trouble finding it. A sign would have been helpful.
