Apartament of 55 sqm that can accommodate up to 5 people. This apartment has been recently (July 2011) remodeled and it is fully equipped to satisfy the needs of all of its guests.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: One with a double bed, and the other one has a bunk where will be able to sleep 2 more guests. The wide living room will be able to accommodate one more person in the sofa bed.

Lage Apartment

It is located in Gracia neighborhood where you will feel as a citizen and you will be able to participate in the lively of its narrow streets. Gracia has a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. Furthermore, this area is in the middle of the touristic areas as the Park Güell, the Sagrada Familia or the Paseo de Gracia. Furthermore, a few meters from the apartment, you will find all necessary amenities including supermarkets, tobacconists and pharmacies.

About the public transports the apartment is well connected. is situated 3 minutes by walk from the close metro station. The metro brings you to the downtown in just 4 metro stops or to the Barceloneta beaches in only 6 stops.
