Description apartment

Tastefully 3 bedroom apartment decorated with modern style and comfortable furnishings, in a mint condition! Sleeps up to 6 people.
The building has been restored.

It has three double bedrooms. The decor of each bedroom is modern and fresh and there are wardrobes in every bedroom. Please note that the air conditioning it is located in one of the bedrooms.

Modern dining/ living room open to the small balcony with one table and two chairs. In the living, decorated with taste, there is one leather sofa and two armchairs. There is a plasma TV, DVD, and some lamps. It has a dining table which seats four people.

The American kitchen is really modern and fully equipped with utilities for cooking.

Location apartement

The Abarna apartment is located in the el Borne Neighbourhood, in the old historical center of Barcelona. With her beautiful squares, narrow streets and the many trendy restaurants, bars, boutiques and art galleries you get the experience of real life in this beautiful city. Also is here the famous church Santa Maria del Mar as many city palaces (Picasso Museum) in this historical neighbourhood.

It is 5-10 minutes walk to the most touristic attractions in the old center. The Gothic neighbourhood, cathedral, the beach (Barceloneta), Art nouveau building Palau de la musica, monument Arc de Triomf, Picasso museum, the famous boulevard in the city (Ramblas)and the harbour.

The Abarna apartment is ideal for a stay with family or business!!

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? we had a great stay at this apartment!! the apartment is realy nice, the beds are big and confortables, and the kitchen have everything you need. but the best is its location!! born district is a realy nice place to stay. to go out at night you can walk to every place. and Judit and Olav were so welcoming!!!

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? My family and I enjoyed our stay in the Abarna. It was well appointed, and the various appliances were in working order. Also, we appreciated the reception and close-out by Judit and Olav.
Is there something where you are not satisfied about? A minor point -- the apartment lacked towel racks. There were five of us, and we had to improvise ways to hang towels after a shower. Also, speaking only for myself, as a senior, I missed not having a handrail on the entrance stairs.
