This spacious four bedroom apartment has been renovated and modernized while conserving the original charm of its 1900’s architecture.
This ground apartment is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends.
There are four bedrooms with each two single beds, two bathrooms, living/dining room with comfortable sofa’s, TV and a table for eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. There is a patio where you can relax.
In the same building is also Crea 2 apartment located. You can rent these apartments up to eleven people.

It’s located in Poble Sec neighbourhood, in a quiet street. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars. Only at 10 minutes walk from the barri Gothic, the old centre, Las Ramblas, Raval quarter and the harbour. Near to Montjuic where the Olympic Games took place in 1992, have some very interesting sites to visit as Poble Espanyol, Olympic Stadium and Joan Miro Foundation.
For the business visitors of Barcelona the Congress center ( Fira Barcelona) is on a walking distance. Good choice for vacation or business!

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Het was zeker ruim, groot nadeel dat er geen ramen in waren. De aangeduide patio stelt echt niets voor, niet netjes om die als zodanig te noemen.
Is there something where you are not satisfied about? De sproeiers van de beide douches kun je niet ophangen, dat is erg prutserig. 1 deur naar een slaapkamer sloot niet goed. 1 slaapkamer dat heeft geen rolgordijn, terwijl alle slaapkamers aan de woonkamer grenzen. De slaapkamers waren erg gehorig; dunne wandjes en geen geluidsisolatie. 1 stopcontactdoos ontbrak.

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Het appartement was goed bevallen. Alleen de bedden waren naar mijn mening te gehorig. Misschien is een een simpele gebruiksaanwijzing van het electrische kookplaat ook geen overbodige luxe. Verder prima geregeld en lekker ruim. Ook goed toegankelijk en in de nabijheid van winkels en eettenten. Ik ga zeker nogmaals gebruikmaken van deze mogelijkheid. Bedankt Ton en tevens namens vijf collega's
