This fantastic and bright apartment with unbeatable location is located at just 50m to Placa Catalunya. The building is really elegant with doorman and it has an elevator (located on the 5th floor). It has one double bedroom with wardrobe and a comfortable double sofa bed in living, elegant style, to comfortably lodge 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor je verblijf. Goed bed, (ook slaapbank is goed) goede douche en keuken. Heel centraal gelegen in het midden van Barcelona. Op loopafstand van bijna alle bezienswaardigheden en leuke wijken. Klein balkonnetje, waar je 's middags toch even lekker buiten kan zitten in de zon. Ligt wel aan drukke weg, maar als de balkondeuren dicht gaan, hoor je daar niets meer van. Appartement ligt achter een zware deur met hele aardige concierge in de hal. Overvloed aan restaurantjes in de buurt. Perfecte plek voor verblijf in Barcelona. Echte aanrader!
Is there something where you are not satisfied about? Voor 4 personen is er te weinig servies. Misten erg een koffiezetapparaat.

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Yes. Your apartment was as good as advertised. Of course, we were out all day so really only slept there but it was refreshing to come to a quiet comfortable apartment after a day in very busy Barcelona. We would recommend this apartment , its location and your service to others.
Is there something where you are not satisfied about? Please assure that necessities are provided. No hand soap or shampoo provided. Toilet paper was at end of roll. These items should be provided at this price point.

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Het app. is ons goed bevallen op een aantal dingen na. De ontvangst was problematisch omdat recentelijk e.e.a. was gewijzigd en ons een verkeerd tel.nummer als contact was opgegeven. Hierdoor moest ik nogal wat rondbellen c.q. vragen voordat we de juiste persoon konden spreken. Gelukkig had ik deze info wel van huis meegenomen anders is er zeker een probleem.
Is there something where you are not satisfied about? De airco in het app. lekte enorm (condens?), waardoor we deze niet tot nauwelijks konden gebruiken. Daarnaast was de afvoer in de douchecabine erg slecht, waardoor men bij gebruik van de douche voortdurend in een laag water stond dat ook nog eens weglekte onder de randen door. Dit beinvloed zeker de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en hebben wij o.i. te veel betaald gezien deze mankementen. Verder is 1 handdoek per persoon voor 5 nachten ook niet echt overdadig.
