This apartment is located in a new apartment building with elevator. It has two double bedrooms and a complete marble bathroom.
The living room is decorated with a comfortable sofa that is converted into a one double sofa bed and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and has all amenities what you can need for your stay. Airconditioning and heating. Also there is modern technology as Highspeed internet, plasma TV and DVD.

Location apartment

The Golden apartment is located in a quiet area in Poble Nou, away from the hectic center of Barcelona. In this nice trendy neighbourhood there are parks with large green areas, bars, supermarkets, restaurants and of course the beach of the Mar Bella and Bogatell. Less then 10 minutes walk is de tower Acbar. This is one of the most familiar achitectonic buildings from the modern Barcelona.
With the subway you are in less the 15 minutes in the heart of the city.

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Das Apartment und auch die Wohngegend waren okay. Insbesondere am Morgen war es zum Teil laut. Zum einen lag das an der Strasse und zum anderen aber auch an der Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Das Apartment an sich war absolut ausreichend, in einem guten Zustand und auch gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Is there something where you are not satisfied about? Nein, es war sonst alles prima. Super fanden wir, dass schnellstmöglich Abilfe geschaffen wurde, als die Warmwasseranlage ausgefallen ist (Handwerker kam am späten Sonntagabend noch). Klasse. Wenn wir mal wider nach Barcelona kommen würden wir gerne wieder eines Ihrer Apartments in Anspruch nehmen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Unterstützung von der Buchung bis zur Abfahrt. Weiter so.

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Ja, alle voorzieningen aanwezig en netjes en goed verzorgd. Ook de manier van boeken en het contact bij chek-in/out was plezierig. De oerfecte manier om in Barcelona te verblijven. Alle voorzieningen (winkels en eten) om de hoek, in een gewone woonwijk, waardoor heel betaalbaar.
