Description apartment

Considered a Top location for the visitor or business man, this luxurious one bedroom apartment is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter in the centre of Berlin. To guarantee a certain level of comfort, we only offer the flat for a maximum of three guests.
The very light and by glass surrounded apartment is located in the first floor and is accessible by elevator.
At a surcharge there is a private car garage available.
The tasteful decorated living/bedroom has a king size bed (1.80x2.00) which can be separated in to two single beds (each 90x2.00).
Further more there is LCD-TV, Cable TV and CD Radio and Internet.
There is a balcony, facing to a big luminous inside patio
The kitchen is completely remodelled and well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Towels and linen are provided.
This apartment is in the same floor as the Louvre 2 apartment.

Location apartment

The apartment is in Berlin’s top location. It is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter next to the famous “Intercontinental Hotel” and “Schweizer Hof” right next to the “Tiergarten” with all its recreational possibilities.
The flat is just two minutes by walking form the Underground station “Wittenbergplatz” (right next to the famous and elegant Shopping mall “KaDeWe”, the famous church “Gedaechtniskirche”, and also the famous Berlin Zoo with his world famous Aquarium.
Also the well known ”Nollendorf-Winterfeldplatz” with all its colourful Bars and market places is on a walking distance.
The bus stop of the most important bus line 200, is directly in front of the apartment building.
The 200 bus line is also called the sightseeing line, because it stops at every important spot of Berlin. Tiergarten, Brandenburger Tor, Potzdammerplatz and Alexander platz.

Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Op zich goed, echter temperatuur nogal hoog. Was moeilijk koel te krijgen. Wel zeer rustig (gelukkig!)
Is there something where you are not satisfied about? Ja, de bedden waren te hard en de matrassen waren te dun. Slaapcomfort dus zeer middelmatig. Jammer, want op zich (zie boven) was het een aardig en goed gelegen appartement
