| Did you have a pleasant stay in the apartment? Prima app. Incheck was slecht: contact persoon die wij doorkregen via de email bleek niet meer werkzaam te zijn bij de organisatie. Het heeft een uur geduurd voordat het helder was wie nu onze contactpersoon in Berlijn zou moeten zijn. De contactpersonen uit NL waren hier niet van op de hoogte, dat vond ik niet proffesioneel. De uiteindelijke contact persoon in Berlijn was een uitermate aardige, hulpvaardige, vriendelijke man. Extra service om onze bagage eerder in te laten checken en later uit te checken, zonder extra kosten! Groot, schoon app. Overheerlijk, goed bed! Prettig balkon, prachtige buurt! Ook het feit dat onze fietsen die wij gehuurd hadden zonder problemen in de achterplaats veilig gestald konden worden vind ik een grote plus!!!!! | |
| Is there something where you are not satisfied about? Zie boven. Verder niet voldoende kookspullen terwijl wij bewust een app huren ipv een hotel om juist ook van deze gemakken te kunnen voorzien. Het zou handig zijn als de ramen in de badkamer een gordijn oid krijgen, meer privacy in deze ruimte is prettig. | |
